Cardi B recorded 'toxic' video with fans after they kept asking about husband Offset
Cardi B has blasted fans for speculating about her split from her husband, fellow rapper Offset.
Cardi, whose birth name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, has been married to Kiari Kendrell Cephus, aka Offset, since 2017. They share two children, a daughter Kulture, who is five, and two-year-old Wave. Their relationship has never been plain sailing, as they have separated and gotten back together numerous times during their six-year marriage. But now, the music star hit out at those talking about them on social media.

Cardi B hits out at fans over Offset split
On X (formerly Twitter), the 31-year-old entered a Space on the platform, which allows users to put out a live stream. During the broadcast, Cardi B began yelling at those who had been discussing her recent split from Offset. She said some of her fans, affectionately known as Bardigang, needed to “shut the f*** up.”
“Did I confirm anything? Shut the f*** up. I’m about to delete my whole f***ing social media,” she shouts.
The star then ranted about her fans saying the ‘same’ thing, and claimed it was her own fan base that was spreading the rumors.

However, the celebrity later posted on the platform and wrote that she “must be a lil toxic” because she “enjoyed cursing ya out today.” She continued: “Now have a good day. No, make it a bad day!”
On Sunday (December 31) Cardi posted a video to X and claimed she and her fans had a “toxic relationship.”
The Bodak Yellow rapper said: “So I cursed out my fans really bad the other day and today they put me on a billboard on 42nd street. Don’t know if it’s Stockholm syndrome or we just have a very toxic relationship, either way.
“It just goes to show you that if you’re not Bardigang, you should mind your f***ing business. Oh, you thought they were going to leave me?” she asked. “They ain’t going nowhere.”
Cardi has announced she is ‘newly single’
Cardi confirmed the pair had parted ways on December 11 in an Instagram Live. She told viewers: “I’ve been single for a minute now, but I have been afraid to like… not afraid… I just don’t know how to tell the world.”
Before the broadcast, the celebrity couple unfollowed one another on social media, and she cryptically said in a video: “You have to get rid of dead weight,” which led fans to speculate the two may have split
She wrote: “You gotta rid of dead weight, and when it comes to dead weight … I’ll say mentality, procrastination, laziness, and people. A lot of people are dead weight, too,” while another post read: “You know when you just outgrow relationships,” adding in another story, “I’m tired of protecting people’s feelings… I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST.”
There is a chance they could reconcile
Cardi B and Offset may not have split for good, as the WAP musician confirmed they spent New Year together and were intimate.
She said: “Was I clubbing with my baby daddy? Yes,” before confirming they had got together.
Cardi continued: “I feel like we were vibing on New Year’s Eve, we had a good time.”
However, she claimed they weren’t getting back together but were working through their relationship woes and may start going to therapy together.
